In order to close your Orca Account, we will first be required to close your Modulr Account which involves contacting Modulr - Modulr will confirm the termination of your Modulr Account, enabling us to process the termination of your Orca Account. We will then securely transfer you the login details of the respective P2P accounts held within your Orca portfolio. You will then have control over your investments.
To close your Orca Account, contact Orca Support by emailing [email protected] and insert ‘Close My Account’ into the subject line - this will escalate your request. A member of the team will then be in touch.
